After confirmation, your order is processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order booking.

After receiving your order, we share an order invoice with the customer for confirmation before dispatch.

3. Shipping Partners
We deliver orders through reliable courier services such as TCS and PostEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• 1–2 working days (may vary depending on location)

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service all over Pakistan. Customers can pay at the time of delivery.

6. Address Verification
To avoid any delivery issues or returns, we verify the customer’s address and contact details before dispatching the parcel.

7. Delivery Issues & Delays
While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Returned Orders
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, future orders may require advance payment.
